When Can You Request Assistance:

the fact we are on a 30 day cycle, you will register based on
your last name. If your last name begins with the letter "D" for
example, you will look at the calendar day below to see which day(s)
people with the last name beginning with "D" can make their
request.

You may not make a request on a day that is not
the specified day for you or your request will be automatically
deleted.

If you miss or are unable to make your request
on your given day, you will have additional days in which to do
so. If you miss those extra days you will have to wait until
the next month.
Below look at the calendar day to see which day you may
submit your request.
